UNWIND... Calming Herbal Tea Blend

Lake Effect Herbals Unwind Calming Herbal Tea is a loose leaf tea that was crafted using a blend of herbs, roots, and spices that were formulated to assist us to calm, relax, and unwind. This tea can help us de-stress and mellow out. This is a great after a long day when you just need to "turn it off". Unwind is pleasantly scented by the purple or red Bee Balm (Monarda) flowers that I wildcrafted from around our bee hives. You may choose to add honey or another sweetener. Caffeine free.

WHO SHOULD USE THIS? Anyone who wants an all-natural tea that supports our body and mind to relax and return to its pre-stress state.

Brewing and Estimated Servings Per Bag
Our teas are measured and packaged by volume before shipping. The number of servings per bag is an approximation based on traditional tea brewing methods. Traditionally, a single serving of tea is 6-8oz of brewed tea, which requires about 1 teaspoon of loose tea. More or less tea can be used based on your taste preference and the size of your cup or mug. Also, shipping compacts loose leaf teas, which is why the reason we can only estimate the total number of servings per bag.

Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite cup or mug. Pour 6-8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and cover, allowing tea to steep for 5-10 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
