Our honey is produced by bees that forage heavily on trees in the spring and early summer. Our apiaries are in our secluded woods and are surrounded by Maples, Willows, Locust, Linden and many more trees, shrubs, and wildflowers. This forage gives our honey a rich and unique taste that is a bit different from the typical wildflower and clover honey.

Our hives are maintained organically which means healthy bees that make healthy honey. Our honey is Raw. When we bottle we never warm the honey warmer than it would be in the bee hive. We are passionate about good beekeeping practices that will produce happy, healthy bees that will provide us with delicious honey, wax and propolis.

We harvest our honey seasonally to capture the distinct floral flavors and aromas that are representative the native trees and plants in our area. All raw honey is fresh from the beehive and may granulate (it can thicken and appear cloudy) in time. This is a natural process, and it does not mean the honey has spoiled- honey does not spoil!
